A guide to useful procrastination

You know when you have a job to do and you can’t just get on and…. DO IT? That.

The past two days seem to have gripped me in a fever of procrastination. As I attempt to do anything but pack yet more boxes, I’ve become a master in the art of Delaying Tactics.

As a fully fledged expert, I can now share my top tips with you, as I strive to get at least some benefits from my less than useful state of mind.

Tip Number 1: Paint some chairs…

Tip Number 3: Blog about it…

Pending my work deadlines, I’ve now run out of procrastination inspiration. My shabby nails are painted, my shabby chairs are painted – I’ve even waved a duster in the direction of the bathroom.

There is nothing more I can do to put off packing the rest of the contents of my house before the removal men come on Saturday and move us 200 miles west to Devon.

Wish me luck, I’m going in.

Ha! I’m like that.Really awful because sometimes it doesn’t actually take that long and putting it off just makes it worse.hence why I do all my housework before going online now.Well, almost….

Snap, I have an OU deadline so now is just the right time to clean the fridge! My house looks good but I have no words towards my 5,000 word deadline!

Good job though, chairs and nails!

Thanks for your comment on my blog hop post ๐Ÿ˜€

I do stuff like this – it took me about a year to finally clean that wardrobe. I finally did it after I couldn’t fit anything in the cupboard anymore. I find watching everything on the tivo box helps with procrastination too ๐Ÿ˜‰

Great ideas, my worst at social media-really seemed to have curbed my twitter addiction when I was away, not going online once. Nail painting also one of my faves! At least your toes look lovely! Hope you got some work done!
