So interesting that each pregnancy is different. I feel so lucky that mine went smoothly, with hardly any nausea. But I bet I won’t get away with that next time haha. I love your 1st trimester essentials too! Hope you feel better soon x

For me My must haves were peppermint tea, but it had to be fresh mint, lolly pops to suck on, Decleor oil for my tummy (smelt divine), acupuncture (it was the only time I didn’t feel sick). Liz Earle Body Cream is great too.

Oh and bump, what bump?

It’s always said but worth repeating, drink lots of water. It helps with everything. I found I felt sicker with my first pregnancy and more exhaustion with the second. Funnily enough, my hair and skin massively improved in the first pregnancy and just got horrendous in the second! So I should have been rocking the Liz Earle, probably. Hope you continue to feel better and better! Oh, and osteopathy – it helps with every stage and just about everything.

Like you, 1st 2 times I was simply a level of exhaustion I’ve never experienced any other time than in pregnancy but 3rd time round it was waves of nausea ALL evening – thankfully not actually being sick (you poor thing, that must’ve been hideous!!) but just having to lie perfectly still for about 2 hrs every evening!!

My Dad was CONVINCED small was a Boy because I couldn’t cope with the smell of stinky cheese or coffee, my 2 big loves in life – I should’ve guessed at that point just how “unique” she would be!!

Totally changed my skin. The face mask is the best. Sickness bands and ginger tea were my saviour. Exciting times. You so have no bump!
