Not my own dad you understand – he is far too “no fuss” to mention Father’s Day. No, I’m on about my husband.

“Don’t forget I bought you a Brita Water Filter and a pair of slippers for Mother’s Day”, he reminded me last night. I pointed out that was actually for Valentine’s Day, three years ago. But still.

Seeing as he’s got his heart set on some kind of gift, I’ve been scouring my go-to source of all shopping-related inspiration, Shopcade. As an amabassador for the brand, I can sort of pretend my online shopping is work.

Here’s what I’ve come up with so far. (If you’re reading this, husband of mine, know that you aren’t getting all of these items. I’m merely making some pretty lists.)

Presents for DadShopcade works in a similar way to Pinterest, in that you make lists of stuff you like and gain points for the more followers you gain for your lists. As ever, points mean prizes, so I always buy through Shopcade, as I get more rewards than if I was purchasing directly from elsewhere.

Also on my Presents for Dad list are these little treats:

Bodum mugThis Bodum Vacuum Travel Mug is £24 and would be perfect for the (self-proclaimed) Northern Love Machine’s rushed cup of morning coffee.

TieThen there’s this fancy tie from Forzieri for £46.50 – could be a little treat for the NLM’s new job that starts in September.

Gifts for dadsOr how about this Rejuvenate Exfoliator for £19.99. If nothing else, I love the simple packaging.

What do you reckon? What are you getting your other half for Father’s Day? Anything?
