As the five-week Solitaire Clash Christmas event celebration wrapped up, AviaGames, the developer behind Solitaire Clash, is taking the campaign’s impact beyond the game and into the real world with an in-person volunteer charity event. On January 16, AviaGames will host the Wonderland Wishes Offline Charity Event at Foster Love’s onsite facility in Brea, California, partnering with the nonprofit organization to turn digital community participation into meaningful hands-on support for children and youth in foster care.

This offline event continues the spirit of the broader Wonderland Wishes initiative, reinforcing AviaGames’ commitment to community involvement and social good. Instead of ending the campaign with online participation alone, AviaGames is inviting its players to show up in person, volunteer together, and connect directly with the foster care community.

The Story and Purpose of Solitaire Clash Wonderland Wishes Event

Wonderland Wishes is a five-week in-game Christmas event launched by AviaGames on November 30, 2025, built to transform everyday gameplay into real support for foster youth. Hosted inside the Solitaire Clash app, the event encourages players to join weekly themed challenges inspired by real wish letters written by children in foster care.

Each week introduces a different wish theme, motivating players to complete in-game activities and earn Wish Stars simply by playing tournaments. The campaign is presented with Leo González, the initiative’s ambassador, who helped connect AviaGames with Foster Love and played a key role in forming the partnership.

For Leo, this cause is deeply personal. Growing up in Hanford, California, he was raised alongside his mother, who had been in foster care. That experience shaped his appreciation for resilience and the importance of supportive communities. It also influences his advocacy for efforts that help young people feel protected, valued, and supported—values that closely match the mission behind Wonderland Wishes.

During the campaign, AviaGames donates funds to Foster Love for every 100 Wish Stars collected. Over the five-week event, the total donation pool grew to over $136,000, helping support programs providing toys, care kits, bikes, clothing, and educational supplies. Now that the seasonal in-game event has ended, Wonderland Wishes continues through a live volunteer event designed to extend that impact beyond the screen.

How AviaGames and Foster Love Turned Support Into Action

The Wonderland Wishes Offline Charity Event is being held in partnership with Foster Love, a nonprofit organization that supports children and young adults in the foster care system through programs focused on essential resources, education, and emotional wellness.

The event will take place on January 16, 2026, at Foster Love’s facility in Brea, California, with space for up to 50 participants. Attendees are expected to include Foster Love students, AviaGames players, and AviaGames staff, creating a shared environment where volunteers and foster youth can collaborate side by side through hands-on giving.

Planned as a 2.5-hour volunteer experience, the event will include several activity stations centered on practical support and creativity. Volunteers will rotate between:

Arts & Crafts Station: assembling and decorating Sweet Cases filled with comfort items, along with STEM Boxes containing educational hands-on kits

Bike-Building Station: working in small groups to assemble bicycles with guidance from Foster Love staff

Learning Beyond Volunteering

Alongside the volunteer work, participants will also take part in a short gaming industry sharing session led by AviaGames staff in collaboration with Foster Love. This segment offers scholars an inside look at how games are created, introduces different roles and career paths in the gaming industry, and highlights skills that transfer across both creative and technical fields.

A brief Q&A session will follow, allowing scholars to ask questions and explore potential future opportunities.

Sharing Voices From Scholars, Players, and Volunteers

Throughout the event, short interviews will be recorded featuring Foster Love scholars, AviaGames players, and AviaGames staff. These conversations will highlight personal experiences, reflections on community support, and what giving back means to each participant — capturing the stories behind volunteer work.

Campaign ambassador Leo González will also share his own perspective, along with what the partnership between AviaGames and Foster Love represents, helping tie the offline event back to the larger purpose of the Wonderland Wishes campaign.

Wonderland Wishes Continues Beyond the Holidays

The Wonderland Wishes Offline Charity Event is a natural next step for a campaign built around turning everyday participation in Solitaire Clash into meaningful support for foster youth. What began as a five-week Christmas in-game celebration is now moving beyond the screen, bringing together players, staff, and Foster Love scholars through hands-on volunteering, shared learning experiences, and community storytelling; by taking Wonderland Wishes beyond the screen and into an in-person charity event, AviaGames shows how a gaming community can create tangible impact and how the momentum of a seasonal campaign can continue long after the event ends.
